The core tools
Most productivity work runs on a small set of tools: a word processor, a spreadsheet, a presentation app, a PDF editor, a calendar and an email client. The Aevornix Suite covers the first five as Aev Word, Aev Book, Aev Present, Aev Smart and Aev Schedule, with Aev BI for dashboards. Aevornix Mail covers email, and Aevornix Workspace ties the rest together.
Aevornix productivity applications
Aev WordDocuments with styles, tables, images, headers, footers and comments; opens DOCX, ODT, RTF, Markdown and HTML and exports PDF.
Aev BookSpreadsheets and workbook analysis, opening XLSX and CSV.
Aev PresentPresentations with a presenter view, opening PPTX.
Aev ScheduleDay, week and month calendars, recurring events and tasks with subtasks, with ICS import and export.
Aevornix MailSeveral mailboxes in one desktop client, with offline search and send later.
Aevornix WorkspacePages, collections, tasks and dashboards in a folder you own, opening the Suite applications from one place.
Working across applications
The Suite applications share autosave, recovery and search across saved documents from Aev Word, Aev Book and Aev BI. A range copied from Aev Book pastes into Aev Word as a linked table that refreshes when the workbook changes. Aevornix Workspace opens Word, Present, Book, BI, Smart and Schedule, each in a window of its own, alongside Forms and Automate.
Honest limits
The Suite applications are in early access at version 1.4.0. They open Microsoft Office formats, but import fidelity work is still in progress, so complex documents may not match exactly. Collaboration and enterprise controls are still in development. Aev Schedule reminders do not yet fire while the application is closed. If real-time co-editing is essential to your work, a cloud suite may suit you better today.

Use cases
Productivity software earns its place in routine work, and the Aevornix applications are built around a few common patterns.
- A consultant drafts a proposal in Aev Word, pastes a pricing table from Aev Book as a linked table, and exports a PDF for the client.
- A student plans deadlines in Aev Schedule after importing the university timetable as an ICS file, and writes essays in Aev Word on a laptop in the library.
- A small office keeps several mailboxes in Aevornix Mail, with templates for common replies and send later for messages that should arrive in working hours.
- A team lead tracks projects and tasks with due dates and dependencies in Aevornix Workspace, with a dashboard of what is due this week.
Where your work is kept
Every one of these applications stores its work on your computer. Documents and workbooks are ordinary files; Workspace keeps its pages and records in a folder you own; Mail keeps notes, tasks, contacts and calendar entries on the device while your email stays on your mail server. Nothing is held on an Aevornix server, so there is no account to lose and no storage plan to outgrow.
Pricing and licences
Each application can be bought on its own, or the six office applications together as the Aevornix Suite. All are one-time purchases under Home, Student, Professional or Business licences; see how licences work.
