Who it is for

Software for Freelancers and Consultants

Freelancers need dependable tools for proposals, client documents, email, planning and keeping track of work, without paying for a stack of subscriptions. Aevornix software runs on your own Windows PC, keeps client files there, and is bought once under a Professional licence that covers client work.

What freelancers need most

Client work runs on documents, PDFs and email, organised around deadlines. Confidentiality matters, because clients trust you with their material. And costs matter, because every subscription comes out of your own earnings.

A freelancer's toolkit

Licensing for client work

Client and revenue-generating work needs a Professional licence: one named user on up to 3 devices, commercial use permitted, one-time purchase. Home licences are for personal, non-commercial use only. The Aevornix Suite is one purchase for the six office applications. See how licences work.

Keeping client work confidential

Clients often share material under confidentiality terms. Local software keeps that material on your machine rather than in a stack of third-party accounts. Aevornix applications need no Aevornix account and send nothing to an Aevornix server; Aevornix Authenticate keeps two-factor codes for client portals in an encrypted vault that unlocks with Windows Hello; and Aevornix Mail blocks remote images so senders cannot tell when you open a message.

A typical week

Proposals are written in Aev Word and go to the client as a PDF. Client projects and deadlines live in Aevornix Workspace, with tasks, due dates and a dashboard of what is due. Mail from personal and client accounts arrives in one unified inbox, and messages written late in the evening wait for send later. Contracts come back as PDFs and are reviewed in Aev Smart.

Working on the move

Because the applications run locally, they work on trains, at client sites and anywhere else the Wi-Fi is doubtful. Read how to keep working without internet and the productivity software hub.
