1. Who we are
Oxford Private Studios Ltd, trading as Aevornix is the controller of personal data processed by the Aevornix Store. We are registered in England under company number 16271033, with our registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.

2. The data we process
- Checkout details: your name, email address and billing address, collected by Stripe at checkout. Card details are entered on Stripe’s page and never reach our servers.
- Order records: order identifier, items bought, amount, date, your name and your email address, stored by the store.
- Licence records: the licence keys and signed licence files issued for your order, which carry your name and email address as the licensee.
The store has no customer accounts. It does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking.
3. Why we use it and our lawful bases
- To take payment, issue licences and provide your order page: performance of our contract with you.
- To keep order and accounting records: compliance with our legal obligations, including UK tax law.
- To keep the store secure and prevent fraud, including limiting repeated attempts to look up orders: our legitimate interests in protecting the store and our customers.
- To respond to your questions and complaints: performance of our contract with you, or our legitimate interests in answering enquiries.
5. International transfers
Some of our processors may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the safeguards those processors provide, such as adequacy regulations or standard data protection clauses approved for use under UK law.
6. How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax law.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict how we use your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
