What your licence includes
The licence terms set out the rules. In short:
- Your licence is permanent for the major version you bought.
- Maintenance updates for that major version are included.
- Future major versions are separate upgrades and are not included.
- An Aevornix Guard licence includes 3 years of malware-definition and threat-intelligence updates from the date of purchase. Guard keeps working after that, and an optional yearly renewal continues the updates.
- Software marked Preview release is an early version still in development and may change as development continues.
How updates arrive
Applications installed from the Microsoft Store are updated through the Microsoft Store. Applications installed from a direct download are updated with a newer installer from the same download source.
