The problem with scattered files
Folders alone do not track who owns a document, when it is due or which client it belongs to. Hosted workspaces solve that, but move everything to a provider. A local workspace adds structure on top of files you still own.

How it works
Create collections for the things you manage, such as clients, contracts or projects, with properties you define. Link tasks with due dates, priorities and dependencies. Build a dashboard with counts, totals and a calendar. Open Suite applications from Workspace, each in a window of its own. Back up the workspace, package it as one file, and restore it with an integrity check.
Current limits
Aevornix Workspace is in early access at version 1.3.0. Suite documents are opened and saved as files; keeping them inside a workspace is designed but not built. No screen reader pass has been done yet. There is no real-time co-editing across several people.
An example structure
A consultancy might create a Clients collection with properties for sector, status and renewal date; a Projects collection linked to clients; and tasks with due dates, priorities and dependencies. A dashboard shows open projects, task lists, totals and a calendar. Proposals are written in Aev Word and contracts reviewed in Aev Smart, both opened from Workspace, while an Aevornix Automate workflow files signed PDFs into the right client folder. Every piece of that lives in folders the consultancy owns.
