What students actually need
Most courses need a word processor for essays, a spreadsheet for data, presentation software, a PDF reader for papers and a way to plan deadlines. Creative courses add audio or video editing. Students also need tools that work in a library with poor Wi-Fi and on a laptop away from home.

The Student licence
One verified student, up to 2 devices, for education, coursework, research and portfolio use. No commercial use. Maintenance updates for the major version you buy are included. After you graduate, paid work needs a Professional licence. See how licences work and the licence terms.
Working in the library and on the move
Coursework rarely happens at one desk. Because the applications run on your laptop and save to your own drive, essays and data open with no Wi-Fi, and autosave and recovery protect the work if the computer shuts down unexpectedly. Back up to an external drive or your university's storage, because the files live on your computer rather than in an Aevornix cloud.
After graduation
A Student licence is for education, coursework, research and portfolio use. Once you start paid work, a Professional licence covers one named user doing commercial work on up to 3 devices. The documents you created remain ordinary files that open in the same applications.
Good to know
Aevornix applications run on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit); there is no macOS version. The Suite opens Office formats, but complex documents may differ while import fidelity work continues, so check your university's required formats. The productivity software hub and the offline office suite page have more detail.
