About Aevornix Ledger

Aevornix Ledger is double-entry accounting, invoicing and business finance software for Windows, with no online account and no internet requirement. Each company is a file on your own computer, and several people can share one through a Ledger Node on your own network or server.

In the current release

  • Quotes, invoices, credit notes, bills, expenses and payments, with part payments, overpayments and refunds of money on account.
  • Bank statement import from CSV, XLSX, OFX, QIF and MT940, with matching rules and reconciliation.
  • VAT and sales tax returns for eleven country packs, and multiple currencies with realised and unrealised exchange.
  • Trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, ledgers, ageing, budgets and reporting by branch.
  • A hash chained audit trail, roles and permissions, encrypted verified backups and an optional encrypted company file.
  • Ledger Node shares a company on your network, holding it in a file or in your own PostgreSQL database.

Do I need an Aevornix account to use Aevornix Ledger?

No. Aevornix Ledger runs on your own computer with no Aevornix account and no Aevornix server.

Can several people work on the same books?

Yes, with the Business licence, which includes 5 users. Ledger Node shares a company on your network, held in a file or in your own PostgreSQL database.

Does Aevornix Ledger submit VAT returns to HMRC?

Making Tax Digital VAT submission is built and has not yet been run against HMRC's live service. VAT and sales tax returns are prepared for eleven country packs.
