Match the software to the business
Start from what the business does, then pick only what it needs.
Shops and retail
Aevornix POS covers tills, stock, purchasing and double-entry books. See software for retailers.
Offices and professional services

Field work and data collection
Aevornix Forms collects responses with no network and exports to CSV, Excel, JSON and PDF.
Repetitive admin
Aevornix Automate moves files, reshapes data and operates Windows applications on a schedule or trigger.
Reporting
Aev BI builds dashboards from the business's CSV, XLSX and database sources.
Recommended starting points
Licensing for small businesses
Business use needs a Professional licence for one named user on up to 3 devices, or a Business licence for 5 named users on up to 5 business PCs, extended in packs of 5. All are one-time purchases, permanent for the major version bought, with maintenance updates. Invoices are available on request for Business licences. See how licences work.
How the pieces connect
The products work alone and together. Aevornix POS exports reports to CSV and Excel that open in Aev Book and feed Aev BI dashboards. Aevornix Forms responses can start Aevornix Automate workflows inside Aevornix Workspace, and a workflow step can create tasks and records. The Aevornix Suite shares search across saved documents from Word, Book and BI. Start with the product that solves the biggest problem, and add others only when they earn their place.
Where the data sits
All of these applications store records on the business's own computers. That makes them independent of any provider's outage or policy change, and it makes the business responsible for backups. The local-first business software page explains the trade-off in more detail.
Before you switch
Check which subscriptions you can actually replace with the steps in reducing software subscriptions, and keep any service that provides something you cannot run yourself. The business software hub covers the full range, and keeping business data local explains how records are stored.
Frequently asked questions
Is Aevornix suitable for a one-person business?
Yes. A Professional licence covers one named user doing paid work on up to 3 devices.
Can we start with one product?
Yes. Each product is sold on its own; bundles are optional.
Do we need IT staff?
Most applications install from the Microsoft Store. Running a POS Sync Bridge on your own server is the main task that needs some technical setup, and a Local Hub on a shop PC is the simpler option.
