What a small shop needs
Selling at the counter, keeping stock right, ordering from suppliers, cashing up at the end of a shift and seeing how the business is doing. Each depends on the one before, which is why keeping them in one system matters.

Built for the shop floor
The details that matter behind a counter are handled in the product rather than left to workarounds.
- Keeps selling with no internet; tills merge when they reconnect.
- Manager PIN approvals for discounts, price changes, refunds and large cash differences, each audited.
- Receipts for 58 and 80 mm printers.
- Foreign currency notes at the rate the owner enters, with change in the base currency.
- Encrypted, verified backups and restore onto a replacement PC.
Payments and limits
Card payments go through a payment provider, which charges its own fees; the till never handles card numbers. PayPal is not supported. Aevornix POS runs on Windows and does not include an online store.
From counter to books
Every sale, refund, purchase and expense posts through the same records. Stock moves with each sale, cash is counted against each shift, and the double-entry books produce a trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet from the same data. A sale, refund, purchase, expense or shift close is one transaction that either commits in full or not at all, and posted records cannot be edited, so the figures the owner sees and the figures an accountant sees come from one consistent history.

Frequently asked questions
Can Aevornix POS run two tills?
Yes. Tills share one business through a Local Hub on the shop network or a Sync Bridge on your own server.
Does it handle refunds and returns?
Yes. Refunds need the permission or a manager's PIN and are audited. Completed sales cannot be edited; corrections are reversals and returns.
Can I sell online with it?
No. Aevornix POS is for in-person selling and does not include an online store.
What happens if the shop PC fails?
Restore the latest encrypted backup onto a new computer. Aevornix POS verifies backups and keeps a safety copy of what was on the machine before a restore.
